A Ukrainian source said they were surprised by the news of the talks in Saudi Arabia. Ukrainian representatives arrived in Saudi Arabia yesterday for a working visit, but the Ukrainian presidential office said there were no plans to meet with the Russian side until a plan to end the war was developed.
